Distance, travel time and traffic
Brussels to Frankfurt: about 400 km, typically 240 to 280 minutes outside peak hours, via the E40 and A3 via Cologne. Motorway tolls and the driver’s return are included in the fixed price, and the driver plans a short comfort stop on drives over two hours. For a departing flight we aim to drop you at the terminal at least 2 hours before a European departure and 3 hours before long-haul.

Pickup at Frankfurt on the way back
On the return your driver tracks the flight, waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign and gives you 60 minutes free after landing; after that waiting is 30€ per hour. The fixed price is identical in both directions.
