A private Helicro minivan from any address in Brussels or Brussels Airport (Zaventem) to Cologne Bonn Airport (CGN) or any address in Cologne or Bonn costs a fixed 270€ for 1 to 3 passengers and 290€ for 4 to 8 passengers, per vehicle, in either direction. The 225 km drive takes 140 to 170 minutes outside peak hours, with luggage, child seats, tolls and VAT included.
Cologne is a common destination for Belgian travellers when a flight, a meeting or a family visit is easier from Germany, and the alternatives are rarely convenient: a train with one or two changes and luggage on the platform, or a hire car with one-way fees and foreign parking. Helicro drives the whole route in one Ford minivan with Belgian plates, no change of vehicle at the border and one price agreed in writing before departure.
Every transfer is driven by Gerasimos or a licensed Helicro driver with more than 30 years of accident-free driving, in a Ford Transit Custom or Tourneo Custom for 8 passengers and 8 large suitcases. There is no night surcharge and no surprise at the end: the price you confirm is the price you pay.
Fixed price from Brussels to Cologne
Prices are per vehicle, not per person, and include VAT, luggage and child seats. The same rate applies for the return leg and at night. Book outbound and return together and you receive one total in writing.

Distance, travel time and traffic
Brussels to Cologne: about 225 km, typically 140 to 170 minutes outside peak hours, via the E40 and A4 via Liège and Aachen. Motorway tolls and the driver’s return are included in the fixed price, and the driver plans a short comfort stop on drives over two hours. For a departing flight we aim to drop you at the terminal at least 2 hours before a European departure and 3 hours before long-haul.
Where the fixed price takes you in Cologne
The price covers Cologne Bonn Airport (CGN) or any address in Cologne or Bonn (IATA CGN). Extra stops on the way, for example to collect a second party, are 10€ each. Tell us the exact address or terminal when booking and the driver drops you at the door.
Pickup at Cologne on the way back
On the return your driver tracks the flight and waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign. Complimentary waiting is 60 minutes after the actual landing time for all arriving flights; after that, waiting is 15€ per additional 30 minutes, by agreement and subject to the driver’s availability. The fixed price is identical in both directions.

Very good experience. Nice driver, on time. 100% recommended
Excellent service and assistance.
Having Mr. Gerasimos waiting for me at the airport was incredibly reassuring as I was travelling with a lot of luggage and moving to a new environment. He went above and beyond, helping me with my luggage from the airport to my accommodation. His patience and service made me feel welcomed. Highly recommend.
