Helicro is a licensed private transfer service that drives you between any address in Belgium and Brussels Airport (Zaventem), Brussels South Charleroi or Lille Airport in a Ford minivan for up to 8 passengers. From Brussels city the fixed price is 35€ to 55€ for Zaventem and 65€ to 160€ for Charleroi per vehicle, with meet and greet, live flight tracking and free child seats included.
An airport taxi in Brussels normally means a meter that keeps running in traffic, a queue at the rank, or an app whose price doubles at 5:00. Helicro works the other way round: you send your address, flight number and group size, you receive one written price, and a driver with more than 30 years of accident-free experience is at your door 10 minutes early. That is the whole service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The company is run by Gerasimos from Braine-l’Alleud, south of Brussels, and covers Brussels, Flanders and Wallonia as well as cross-border trips to Lille, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Germany. Where your driver waits
- Zaventem: Your driver waits in the arrivals hall, in front of the café, holding a sign with your name. Drop-offs use the Drop-off Area (P1 on request, +5€).
- Charleroi: Your driver meets you at the official Kiss & Ride zone or inside the terminal, holding a Helicro sign. Budget-airline delays are monitored live.
- Lille: Your driver waits in the arrivals area of the single terminal with a name sign. Cross-border pickups need no extra paperwork for EU passengers.

From any Brussels address, a Helicro private transfer to Brussels Airport costs 35€ for 1–2 passengers, 45€ for 3–4 and 55€ for 5–8, per vehicle, including luggage and child seats. A metered taxi usually costs 45–60€ for the same trip.
How much is a taxi from Brussels to Charleroi Airport?
65€ for 1 passenger, 75€ for 2, 90€ for 3, 110€ for 4 and up to 160€ for 8, per vehicle, door to door, day or night.
Do you drive to airports outside Brussels?
Yes. Besides Zaventem and Charleroi we drive to Lille-Lesquin, Liège, Antwerp, Amsterdam Schiphol, Eindhoven, Cologne-Bonn, Düsseldorf and Luxembourg at a fixed price per vehicle.
What if my flight lands at 2:00 in the morning?
The driver tracks the flight and waits in arrivals with a name sign. The first 60 minutes after landing are free and there is no night surcharge.
Can I book a return transfer?
Yes. Outbound and return can be booked together for one total, and both legs are confirmed in writing with the driver’s phone number.
Can I cancel or change my booking for free?
Yes. Cancellations and changes are free up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Inside 24 hours, call or WhatsApp +32 472 35 88 05 and we will do our best to rebook you.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track every arriving flight live and adjust the pickup time automatically. The first 60 minutes after landing are free; after that, waiting is billed at 30€ per hour.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Infant seats, child seats and booster cushions are free of charge. Tell us the number and ages of the children when you book so the vehicle is prepared.
How can I pay?
By debit or credit card, bank transfer, monthly invoice for corporate clients, or cash to the driver. A VAT invoice from Helicro SRL (BE 0804.095.653) is available on request.
Is there a surcharge for early morning or night transfers?
No. Helicro private transfers have one fixed price 24 hours a day. The only extras are an optional P1 drop-off at Brussels Airport (+5€) and additional stops (10€ per stop).
How much luggage fits in the minivan?
The Ford Transit Custom and Tourneo Custom carry 8 passengers with 8 large suitcases plus hand luggage. For skis, bikes, prams or festival gear, mention it when booking.
