Helicro’s shared shuttle takes you from any address in Brussels to Charleroi Airport for 25€ per person by day and 30€ at night, door to terminal, with luggage included and your flight tracked. You share the minivan with a few other passengers on the same flight window; a private transfer for the same route starts at 70€ per vehicle.
The Flibco bus is the cheapest way to Charleroi if you are next to Brussels-Midi with hand luggage. Everyone else has to reach the station first, with suitcases, at the time the coach dictates. The shared shuttle collects you at your door, groups you with passengers travelling in the same time slot, and drops the whole van in front of the terminal. It is the middle option: the comfort of a pickup at home at a price close to the bus.
Shared shuttles run only on the Brussels to Charleroi Airport corridor, in both directions, with a maximum of 7 passengers per van. Pickups are confirmed the evening before with a 15-minute window, and the van makes at most two or three stops before the motorway.

Distance, travel time and traffic
Brussels to Charleroi Airport is about 60 km, typically 55 to 70 minutes outside peak hours via the E19; with two or three pickups allow 90 minutes door to door. Night departures (22:00 to 06:00) cost 30€ per person.

From 4 passengers the private minivan (110€ for 4, 180€ for 8) costs about the same per head and gives you your own van with no stops. It is also the right choice for very early flights or if you want to leave at an exact time.
Can I cancel or change my booking for free?
Yes, for a standard transfer. Cancellations and changes are free up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Inside 24 hours, call or WhatsApp +32 472 35 88 05 and we will do our best to rebook you. Multi-day bookings with exclusive use of a vehicle and driver require a 20% deposit. The deposit is refunded in full if you cancel by email 48 hours or more before the service begins, and it is non-refundable inside 48 hours.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Infant seats, child seats and booster cushions are free of charge. Tell us the number and ages of the children when you book so the vehicle is prepared.
How can I pay?
By debit or credit card, bank transfer, monthly invoice for corporate clients, or cash to the driver. A VAT invoice from Helicro SRL (BE 0804.095.653) is available on request.
