A private Helicro transfer from any address in Antwerp to Brussels Airport (Zaventem) costs a fixed 75€ for 1 to 3 passengers and 85€ for 4 to 8 passengers, per vehicle, in either direction. The route is about 45 km and takes 40 to 55 minutes outside peak hours, with pickup at your door, luggage and child seats included and drop-off in front of departures.
Travellers from Antwerp and Antwerp province usually reach Zaventem by train with at least one change, or by car with a week of airport parking that often costs more than the flight. A pre-booked Helicro minivan leaves from your door at the time your flight requires, carries the whole group and its luggage in one vehicle, and is waiting in arrivals on the way back.
Every transfer is driven by Gerasimos or a licensed Helicro driver with more than 30 years of accident-free driving in Belgium, in a Ford Transit Custom or Tourneo Custom with room for 8 passengers and 8 large suitcases. The same fixed price applies at 4:00 in the morning and after midnight.
